Kalimera (good morning in Greek),
from 2th to 4th April I attended the CoreGRID Workshop in Hersonissons a
small -- touristic city close to Heraklion. The conference was held in the Creta Maris Hotel, which is a 5 stars hotel with everything you need.
Here u are some pictures of the venue.

a lot of FREE bags...

The main room...

The key of the hotel rooms! :) As our Working Package coordinator opening the conference said, "this is a concrete example of applied cryptography theory, the more the key is big and the more is secure".

My poster presented at the conference is about a joint work between the INFN (which is represented by me, of course) and the FIRST Fraunhofer (which is represented by
Andreas Hoheisel).
And after the work... let's have some relax :)

Unlike the last CoreGRID event (in Dresden), this one was really really interesting, and useful. A lot of concrete works were been depicted and I have collected a couple of ideas which could improve my research project also!
The next CoreGRID Workshop would be held in Barcellona, in june. Probably I would be there... see you! Byeeeee!!
